Our Leadership

Laura Famularo
Laura Famularo has 25 years experience in change management, Human Resources development, leadership development and performance consulting. During her career she has been with Johnson & Johnson for 18 years where she is now Vice President, Global HR Strategy & Services.    
 
She was recruited to Ralph Lauren as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Retail and Creative Services Group.  At Ralph Lauren, Laura was the HR officer responsible for overseeing the talent needs of 275 retail locations.
 
She began her career at Dun & Bradstreet in a line-role as a Division Operations Manager followed by several years as an organization development practitioner.  She has held leadership positions within Ingersoll-Dresser Pump and Avaya, Inc. where she was responsible for leadership development, competency modeling, succession management and 360-feedback systems globally.
 
Laura holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology as well as a B.A. from Moravian College.  She is a member of The Conference Board’s Council for Global Human Resources.

Ron Kitlas
Ron Kitlas has 30 years experience in change management, internal communications, organization and leadership development.  During his career he has held leadership positions in Human Resources, most recently as Chief HR Officer for LG Electronics, N.A.  Prior to LG, Kitlas was a Vice President leading Global Sales, Services and International HR for a $4b technology company where he worked with business leadership to create change strategies and development systems which fostered a performance-oriented culture. 

Kitlas was also Chief HR Officer at Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Co and held senior HR positions at AlliedSignal and Kellogg Company. 
 
In addition to HR experience, he had profit and loss responsibility for a $40m real estate services company where he applied organization change, pricing strategy and market segmentation to improve annual net operating income by 35%.
 
Kitlas graduated from the University of Detroit and Michigan State University School of Law.  He has attended executive education programs at Wharton and the Ross School of Business.  He is certified as a green belt in Six Sigma / Process Excellence and holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF)  accredited professional certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance.
