New Leader Assimilation focuses on integrating a leader into an organization or into a new role within the current organization. Throughout the process, the Famular LLC coach works closely with the Newly Appointed Leader, the New Leader’s Manager and Team to build a solid foundation for success by identifying and aligning on high impact business goals for the next 30 – 90 – 180 days. The initial half-day assimilation meeting provides an opportunity for the new leader and his/her staff to exchange ideas, clarify roles and expectations which will accelerate development of the new team
